Visa service and entry documents
The world has never been as open for travel as it is today. Nevertheless, many countries still impose special entry conditions. Servicepoint saves you time with the clarifications and obtains the necessary entry visa (such as the Cuba Card and such-like) for a modest charge.

Cuba Card
A so-called tourist card is required for the Caribbean country. This must be applied for in the country of origin – that is to say Switzerland, France or Germany. The Cuba Card is issued for a period of 30 days and is applicable for citizens of Switzerland and most EU countries.
You can obtain the Cuba tourist card at the Servicepoint counter at EuroAirport for a fee of CHF 50.00 per card. It can be obtained on the day of departure. Plan enough time to purchase the tourist card and to check-in; please be at the airport around 2½ hours before departure.
USA ESTA
Switzerland and EU countries are ESTA countries. These benefit from simplified entry to the USA. You only need an ESTA authorisation that the Servicepoint travel experts will be pleased to organise for you in return for a small processing charge.
The USA has strict entry rules – we recommend planning the ESTA entry authorisation in advance and will be pleased to advise you on all the requirements.
Canada ETA
For trips to Canada, you need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). For a small fee, we will apply for the ETA on your behalf and organise everything needed so that you get it in good time before your departure.
Sri Lanka ETA
With its always pleasantly warm temperatures, Sri Lanka is becoming ever more popular for winter holidays. An Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) has been an essential requirement for entry since 2011. Servicepoint is there to help you and will organise the ETA in no time at all.
